Who We Are

We are a General Contracting company located in Central Illinois.  Kemper Construction is proud to be signatory with the local unions.

History

Kemper Construction Inc. (KCI) was founded in 1993 by Bill Kemper.  Bill gained much of his construction knowledge having worked in many Central Illinois powerhouses for companies such as Babcock and Wilson Inc., Power Systems and Riley Stoker as superintendent.  He also held superintendent roles for V. Jobst and Sons and C. Iber and Sons.
